itmo-to-calendar (“the App”) helps users create or update Google Calendar events based on ITMO schedule data. The App is designed to minimize data access and does not collect or store personal information beyond what is necessary to perform its core functionality.
The App uses restricted Google Calendar scopes solely to perform the following user-initiated actions:
The App does not read, analyze, or use calendar data for any other purpose.
The App’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
The App itself does not maintain persistent storage of user data.
Google Apps Script and Google services may automatically record operational metadata, such as execution timestamps, execution counts, duration statistics, and error logs. These logs are used for debugging and reliability and may be visible to the developer within the Google Apps Script or Google Cloud console. The App does not intentionally log personal calendar content.

The App does not use third-party services other than Google services required to provide its functionality.
You may revoke the App’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
This privacy policy may be updated if the App’s functionality changes. Updates will be reflected with a revised “Last updated” date.
