By accessing or using itmo-to-calendar (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

The App is a public utility that helps users create or update Google Calendar events based on schedule information. The App may process user-provided input and/or retrieve schedule data from external sources to perform this function.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The developer makes no guarantees regarding:

• accuracy, completeness, or correctness of schedules or events,
• availability or uptime of the App,
• successful creation, updating, or synchronization of calendar events.

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the use of the App, including but not limited to:

• missing, incorrect, duplicated, or deleted calendar events,
• academic, scheduling, attendance, or deadline consequences,
• data loss, service interruption, or reliance on generated calendar data.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• reviewing any calendar events created or modified by the App,
• verifying the correctness of schedules and dates,
• maintaining access to your Google account and calendar settings.

The App acts only on user instruction and authorization.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google APIs and Google Apps Script. The developer does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, behavior, or data handling.

Use of Google services is governed by Google’s own terms and policies.

7. Changes and Termination

The developer may:

• modify or discontinue the App at any time,
• update these Terms of Service without prior notice.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
